Horizon HobbyReviews of horizonhobby.com

Changing this review. This model helicopter is intense. I can feel the wind on my face from 15 feet away. I wish the battery lasted a little more then approx 15 minutes. But it takes quite a bit. At first my helicopter would not bind. I sent it back. They fixed it for free and sent it back. This thing flies so realistically just like a real helicopter its incredibly sensitive to touch the collective, cyclic, or anti torque the smallest movements make this thing just move so quickly! I have taken maybe a dozen give or take real life plane and helicopter lessons. So its uniqueness to a real helicopter is astonishing and so loud you can barely hear just like a real helicopter and your own vortices can throw you off just like a real helicopter! I might order a plane next. The Mustang is looking pretty dope

Just got my 2nd truck in a year from them and like my first, Very pleased. Order process and shipping has been excellent. Misc. parts orders have been the same. The only negative i can say is they don't always have the stock when you need or want it. But that's something I've encountered with every hobby supplier I've ever bought from. I have bought from them all over the last 40 years and can honestly say, "as of now", Horizon is a 5 star suppler.

Cracked my hull for miss geico 36 they replaced my hull as soon as they got in stock..thanks horizon..great customer service..

I have to say my husband is always very pleased with horizon hobby,,he's been going through them for 4 or 5 years now and never once had a bad experience EVER! he received his parts today after ordering 2 days ago and was ecstatic about it..and was telling me he loves these guys and has always done him real good ,, and that he would refer anyone to them..thank you horizon hobby for your hospitality and great services..

These guys are great. I’m not sure why my star is low

so times have changed and it is not so easy anymore. it now takes an hour or hour and half to get a tech on the phone. i usually place the phone on mute and go about my business until i hear someone. once you get the tech they go out of their way every time to get your problem fixed. I even got equipment sent free of charge that wasn't expected or asked. because Horizon Hobby has great support I will only shop there. I've been using Horizon over a year now and absolutely recommend them to any hobbiest Mike
