Schlimmster Modellflug-Online-Shop in diesem Land! Keine Versandmeldungen. Dann kommt nach einer Woche einer von zwei gelieferten Artikeln an, obwohl beide laut Homepage lieferbar seien. Auf den zweiten warte ich jetzt seit drei Wochen! Rückinfo vom Service "wird die nächsten Tage verschickt", aber seit x Tagen auch schon nichts mehr gehört. Keine Ahnung, was in diesem Saftladen los ist.

I purchased a PROMOTO MX a week ago ran about 10 batteries thru it . I changed out batteries powered up the transmitter and then the bike and they would not link. Got online couldn't find jack sh!t about it. Took the side panel off figured out how to bind em. Drove it and now the I can't trim out the steering. Jeff replied to an email with instructions how to factory reset . Did that same problem. At this point I'm not emailing back and forth trying to fix the problem on a new product. Can't get a human on the phone and after 40 years messing with rc cars,trucks,helicopters ,drones airplanes,boats, I'm done with it all. I got ripped off for the last time. I want to tie it to a brick and throw it thru their window.$750.00 wasted Horizon Hobby can kiss my azz

Order plane two weeks ago. Horizon Hobby took charged my credit card. Today I get an email from USPS wanting $1.47 to deliver my package.I don’t know if I’m being scammed or what. Fortunately it’s on my credit card that I can claim as fraud. Last order from Horizon. I’ve been buying planes for 20 years. Now that Horizon Hibby has become so big I’d be careful and go with smaller company.

Ordered a kit on 7/19/23. Waited a week or so, then realized they have no phone support, and no email support, so I took the only option available-a portal on their website, which leaves you with no record of your attempts to resolve order issues. After 3 weeks with no tracking or shipment notice, I sent another message, stating that I could not wait any longer than the 3 weeks that had passed, and to cancel the order, as I intended to order elsewhere. On 8/29, I received a notice that they had shipped the $600 dollar item, despite my written notice to cancel, and on 9/1/23, nearly 6 weeks after placing the order, it was delivered. This is one of the worst online seller I've dealt with in 25 years of internet shopping. They will ignore inquiries, refuse to acknowledge any cancelation request, then charge your CC, whenever they feel like shipping your order. I thought they might have honored my request to cancel, as there was no charge until they shipped. They know exactly how to prevent you from filing a successful CC dispute. In hindsight, I should have canceled the card, and got a new account #.

Waited 2 months to be told sorry. I'll never order from horizon hobby again. Worst customer service ever!
