Great customer service and benefits for rewards members

I have been an RC hobbyist for some time and have had many experiences with ordering from on-line vendors. In the past it was a 50-50 proposition that my order would arrive in a timely manner and be correct. Horizon has undergone some recent changes, and in my opinion, for the better. Their offering of a diverse rc experience is great and their support has been a welcome positive change. I became a member of their elite membership and have totally been happy with Horizons attentive attitude. My orders arrive in two to three days. If I have a issue or concern I email or phone horizon and so far have received a quick and timely response. I continually get updates on new products. Overall I am happy to be dealing with a supportive and professional vendor such as Horizon.

Overall I am pretty happy with Horizon Hobby. I joined the Elite Member group and the exclusive discounts and free Fed Ex shipping they offer have been well worth it to me. Regarding customer service reps, I have overall had good responses and problems solved in a timely manner. Regarding their product lines, I have had a few issues with some E-Flite planes out of the box, such as bad servos and scarred foam wing surfaces. But their Aarma vehicles are top class and fantastic machines. And I also have a few Pro Boat model boats and they are top notch as well. And of course the Spektrum radio line is world class quality. I have been an RC modeler for 50 years and so I have seen it all.

I like how Horizon products that are in stock come quickly with the Elite Membership. They are pretty helpful when yo call on the phone. I prefer calling a person over the automates chat as that has not been very helpful.

J'ai commandé un aeroscout des batteries sur le site, que j'ai reçu à temps et en très bon état. Ils n'avaient plus de chargeur, j'ai donc annulé cette commande pour l'acheter sur un autre site, ce qu'ils ont fait après quelque jours. Bon site dans l'ensemble, une étoile en moins car il n'y a pas assez de communication par mail (reçu, avancement de la commande).

I have a couple 6s Arrmas and I love them. Yes they put crappy servos in. A really bad wing mount design and front bumper. The differentials should be the spiral exb cause they go out all the time. BUT, the customer service goes up and beyond and even sends you upgraded replacements. The 2 yr warranty is amazing and CS makes it easy and really takes care of you and get replacements quickly. They would have a 5 star if they could fix the servo and diff issues.
