The level of service is excellent. In today’s market place live customer service is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. My Elite membership provides live phone support when I need it not to mention the discounts! I enrolled the first time thinking what the heck, I’ll give it a shot. I have just renewed and will continue to do so.

The elite program is worth it to me. I’ve had several occasions where I needed to talk to somebody about an order and they were able to fix it right away. I don’t mind paying for Access. It works for me.

The people at Horizon Hobby are TOP NOTCH! If you are into R/C, this is your one stop shopping. Very helpful, large inventory and great prices. These people know R/C.

I have been in the RC hobby for almost 10 years now. Over those years I have purchased planes from several companies, but none come close to the quality and price you can get from Horizon Hobby. Then when you compare the customer service they have, I’ll never buy a plane from anywhere else.

Joseph , my Elite Loyalty Team representative goes above and beyond expectations of great customer service. He has exceptional product knowledge, no matter how many times I crash, he somehow makes me feel like it’s not so bad. Every time I hang up the phone I am always 100 percent taken care of and feeling much better about the hobby I enjoy so much. I've been a member of the Elite Group since shortly after it's creation. As we all know Covid did a lot of damage to many service programs throughout the country and the world. I discovered the Elite Group while surfing the Horizon Hobby website. I like many others thought at first that paying for service seem wrong. However after careful thought and checking into the service more I could see how it could be a worth while endeavor for a active hobbyist such as myself. I was offered a first year discount and I signed up immediately. Since joining the program I have had so many positive experiences it's imposable to list them all. I get notifications on new products and that's a big plus for me. I also have the opportunity to call my contact at Elite and ask questions about new products and find information that may not be included in the website information page. And as can sometimes happen, products can be damaged in shipment, and or parts might be missing form a new product. In this case all I have to do is make a phone call or at worst send and email to my Elite representative, and things get taken care of in short order. Of course there may be times that I'll have operational questions about new product and when that has happened in the past I have been able to call my Elite rep and he either knows the answer to my problem or finds someone who does. Of course I may have to wait a few hours or a day for the best answer, but it has never failed to arrive. There are many benefits like bonus points when purchasing new products and equipment and the points do add up. Everyone is different, but when you're as active as I am, the points nearly pay for the cost of the Elite Membership on their own. One last thing I'd like to cover. When you're an Elite member you get special perks at Horizon Hobby Events. Just last week my wife and I attended our first RC FEST at Eli Field in Monticello IL. We've been to that field before for smaller events, but had heard so much about RC FEST that we wanted to see for ourselves what it was all about. Well what it's all about is EVERYTHING RC. I mean there is of course the main flight line for sure, but there is a place for almost any and everyone interested in any form of RC to experience their own activity. I wondered around the grounds and was amazed to find young kids running boats in a man made (small) pond. There we several tracks set up for running every manner of wheeled Car, Truck and Truggy I could imagine, not to mention the MX off road motor cycle. There were several rock crawler tracks and both kids and adults taking full advantage of all the tracks. And the venders were out there in support of each activity, helping with repairs and teaching kids how things work. And to top it all off, they had two full scale monster trucks in attendance and they put on a show of their own. Lastly let me tell you about my own personal experience, My wife and I were treated to some of the best hospitality that we have ever seen at any RC event, and we've been to plenty. I was given an Elite VIP ID badge and I was (along with other Elite members) offered a Tour of the Horizon Hobby Headquarters. That in it self was a worth while trip. If you've ever thought you had some idea what the HH offices and warehouse were like...think again. They are huge, no they're bigger than that. I haven't the time or skills to properly describe the tour and all it entailed. But if you ever have the chance to take the tour....wow it's worth it. At the RC FEST itself there was a VIP awning an a special snack bar set up for Elite members. We had a the free soft drinks we needed and chip and snacks as well. One heck of a deal if you asked me. So to me this thought of a small investment is trivial in comparison to all the benefits you will receive. And on a final note, the people you will meet thought the Elite program will be some of the best and most helpful, friendly folks you'll run into in any aspect of this hobby.

I joined the Elite membership last year, and have been very impressed with the perks. Not only do you get extra point and coupons, but the customer support is fast... like really fast. I had a question today and had a response to my email in less than 5 minutes, resolving my issue. I pay for Amazon Prime, Walmart Plus, and other programs like these, and honestly get more bang for my buck from my Elite membership than any other membership out there. Highly recommended!
