I belong to the ELITE MEMBERSHIP CLUB and my contact at Horizon is Joe Cristiano and he is the best, I have never met a person in the hobby that has as much knowledge as Joe. Whenever I have a question or if I need something he is always there to HELP. No matter how simple some of my questions are he never hesitates to answer them. When I have something defective he gets it replaced asap. Thanks Joe for all you help and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Horizon Hobby generally goes the extra mile to provide good customer service. It is too bad that some not-so-honest customers take advantage of this and make things more difficult for HH and the rest of us honest customers.

The E-Flite planes are perfect for beginners with their simple builds and detailed manuals, which helped make the learning process less intimidating. The Spektrum SMART technology also boosted my confidence, with real-time battery monitoring. Overall, Horizon Hobby's combination of great products and outstanding support makes them my top choice when spending my hobby dollars. If you plan to immerse yourself in the RC hobby like I have, I highly reccomend the Elite membership. It has paid for itself with the extra points earned, Real Flight DLC, other promotions & excellent customer service.

I was reading some of the reviews on here and I don’t understand what the problem with some people are. I’m an elite member now so I have Joseph that helps me out whenever I need help but before that I would go through the website’s chat option and never had an issue there for the most part. In regards to the planes that they sell I love their BNF planes where all I literally have to do is bind, trim and fly! The only thing I wish for is for HH to come out with more Jets. The super timber that they just released looks nice but I’m honestly saving up for them to release a nice 80mm or 90mm edf.
