Ordered the wrong battery set was told same day I couldn't cancel but could return it then was told I can't return lipo battery charger combo cuz I need 3s not 4s so now I'm out 505 bucks terrible customer service will never order from them again

There is no hope for HH. Once the R/C car crowd dumps them, it's over. Being able to walk into my LHS and purchase integrated products based on the Spektrum universe was the draw. Now, CS is non existent. They can't even stock recommended batteries for the new airplanes. They killed hobby shops with shrinking margins. Albeit inconvenient, I have moved back to Futaba and put Horizon and it's gluttony of foam in my rear view mirror.

Auf meine Bestellung (auch Erinnerng) bekam ich keine Antwort. Diese negative Erfahrung werde ich in unserem Modellflugclub bekannt machen. Insofern schließe ich mich der allgemeinen schlechten Bewertung in diesem Portal an, wobei selbst ein Stern nicht gerechtfertigt ist.

Ordered $12.00X-bus extension. October 27th 2023. They actually answered my email. After 7 days said still processing. REALLY. They don't answer their 800 number. Nobody to talk to. Been with them for 20 years ordering alot. Not the same company I knew. I can get faster service from other suppliers. And they ship faster and answer their phones. This is really a sad situation for the hobby industry.

I ordered a plane and on the third flight the factory installed elevator came loose which caused a crash. Horizon Hobby refuses to make this right even after I proved it was faulty glue holding the elevator in place (that they installed) They said they are willing to help me by adding all the parts to my shopping cart that I need and the price was more than doubled because I had to buy per piece because the play now is discontinued. Absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with. And the only way to contact somebody is by email and good luck with them answering you back. I would rather buy from HobbyKing which in my opinion is not a great company either.

I placed an order and was charged.. However USPS has no knowledge of any shipment existing.. status says backorder from Horizon but the robots say it has been shipped.. No tracking exists and the robots are consistent in saying it was shipped.. Now I have to have Visa terminate the charge.. what a mess!.

Ordered an Arrow Prodegy several months ago. Still haven’t receive plane but they sure took my money. I been buying for 20 years & this company has become a ripoff. Our club members expecting same problems. If you order from this company you deserve to lose your money because you’ve been warned. The Better Business Bureau doesn’t accredit this company.

I'm writting this about their tech support and customer service. It's is very bad, I tried 11 times to get help with their items. I purchased two of their flybarless units for helicopter and I needed help with tail rotor no help. I have problem with ix20 radio no help. They don't care to help after you buy something. Very poor help they don't call all they care is emails if they ever answer your email.
