Horizon HobbyReviews of horizonhobby.com

Livraison jamais arrivée malgres 3 mois d'attente... 200 euros de pièces detachées pour réparer un bateau a plus de 800 euros de chez eux et du coup inutilisable. Du coup 1000 euros de perdus !!!!! A fuir !!!!!!

They took me for a fool, I bought a full air rc boat set and they took my money and all they send me was a charger?, yall don't have a real customer service line, and yall taking people's money, worst customer service, NEVER BUY FROM THEM. In a rating chart I give you - 1000 for scamming a poor family on Christmas, hope ya can sleep well. Quemecen en el inferno!

The customer service in this company is a joke. You can only chat online and every agent is either not trained or given proper information or just lies. In 20min i got 10 different excuses from 10 different agents on a straight forward question. Their website is always is wrong when it comes to inventory and the only way to figure that out is to buy something and see if it actually ships even though its listed as in stock. Stay away.

I have bought at least 30 Horizon Hobby helicopters probably closer to 40 including the 550x 600x and 700x currently I probably have 10. I asked about how to verify a receiver for being authentic, they said I could buy a cord for $25.00 made by Spektrum and try to register it, or send it to them and pay $40.00. I am done I will buy all SAB you people should learn to not bite the hand that feeds you, what a joke. I would recommend buying from another company and avoid Horizon Hobby at all costs...

I returned a phane on 11/14 and 17 days later, still have not received my refund. There is no way to call/contact Customer Service. I can only contact them through Chat. NO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This company is a joke. If you order something there's about a 50/50 chance you'll get it in the next two or 3 months. Especially when they show it as in stock. You've been warned!

Over the years I have spent so much money with this company - In just the last year it seems like they have gone completely downhill. I made a fairly large order over two months ago now, and it still has not came in… I have been emailing and trying to contact the company and just keep getting the same generic response saying that it was shipped. They have no customer service phone number to talk to a live person and their “live chat” is just automated bots. I have asked for a full refund and still get the same response… “this has been shipped” I have found another company and ordered the same thing and it came within four days. Horizon Hobby seems to be somewhat of a scam.

Try to avoid buying from this company directly and instead go through a 3rd part retailer like AMAIN or AMAZON. This company will drag their feet when it comes to refunds and it took Amazon to initiate their “A to Z” service guarantee (which threaten’s HH’s seller status on Amazon) to finally get my refund. This happened TWICE for me and luckily both times were handled by Amazon’s customer service. You’re looking at the “Electronic Arts” of the RC world - one of the worst companies in the world.
