You register a product with them but there is no way to verify your registration or delete a product after registering it

Not only could they not ship an item in the same day but after 3 days they couldn't tell me where it was so I attempted to cancel then they suddenly knew that it had been shipped terrible customer service

Unverschämte Geschäftspolitik. Warte seit 5 Monaten auf Ware (Per Vorkasse gezahlt) Nach 5 Monaten ist der Artikel storniert worden. Nur um 1 Woche später auf der Website verfügbar zu sein. Ging anscheinend um 10€ Vorbesteller Rabatt der nicht mehr gewährt werden wollte. NIE WIEDER!

I ordered a carbon z cub ss 2.1 bnf plus a separate battery and a battery charger as the bnf package does not come with either. My order total exceeding $800. No worries about the battery or charger the HH website says both items are in stock. I placed my order and ANXIOUSLY await my order to arrive. I recieve a Email from HH saying my order shipped and am provided a tracking number along with an apology from HH telling me that my charger did not ship because for some reason they were now out of stock even though the website said they had them and was told that it would be shipped to me when the item was available again and told it would be by the end of the month and to expect another email with tracking number when it did ship. That socks but what are you gonna do atheist it's coming. Better late then never I say. I never get a email saying my item has shipped or given a number to track. Getting to actually speak to a real person is near futile and has done me no good when I have. Customer service has gone to pot. What I DID get with much digging is unformed that someone NOT me went and CANCELED the order from my battery and couldn't bother to tell me and why would you EVER cancel a order without the customers concent? I've had issues with the plane I can't get it to bind with the transmitter and can't get any help from HH employees. I tried getting help through their chat but their agent apparently grew tired of trying to help me and simply ended the chat before it was done. I will never ever buy another anything from this company again and will spend my hard earned money on my toys with another company that has good customer service and manners and give a crop about their customer satisfaction. 1 star

Horrible return or claim process they make it virtually impossible to return anything or file a claim. I will try my best to go out of my way not to have anything to do with Horizon Hobby. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with them. I recommend using any other company other then them or EngineDIY. Com both are garbage!

Okay here is my nightmare experience with Horizon Hobby and the dirty tricks they play on customers. First I bought the Arrma Felony and had problems with it from day 1. Things kept going out and stop working for no apparent reason. I chased my tail replacing part after part of the electronics after a lot of that the true problem became obvious. The ESC was faulty and was causing the problems to occur and because I had to replace their faulty parts they refused to honor the warranty and blamed the problems on me. I eventually replaced all of the Spectrum electronics and have not had any problems since with that car. Long story short I had the exact same thing happened with 2 other cars. I then got into flying so I bought 2 planes and a jet all in the same month and all 3 have had problems from day 1. Okay I know my luck can't be that bad. It would be impossible to have luck that bad. That only leaves one explanation and that is Horizon Hobby deliberately is doing this so they can drain money out of their customers in parts as they chase their tail and when the true issue is discovered they deny it and bame it on you saying because you worked on it that the warranty is violated. So if you buy any product with Spectrum in it expect to have problems untill you replace all of the electronics. Personally I will never purchase anything from them again. I have lost several thousand dollars on them and am finished with them. BUYER BEWARE HORIZON HOBBY IS A DIRTY COMPANY WHO RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

there is no customer service,i have emailed at least 10 time called at least 5 times they must be going out of buisness

I purchased a SCX24 Jeep Wrangler. The battery and charger are defective. Their customer service SUCKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PERIOD!
