Wow!!! Horizon Hobby Customer service BLEW me away, truly extraordinary. Let's just say that Horizon Hobby went above and beyond my high expectations, and I am grateful. As a customer in 2024, it is hard to expect the best from the businesses that we keep alive with our patronage, but it refreshing to experience the high level of customer loyalty. The person I dealt with was Chris, who was a customer service rep, and he was absolutely AMAZING. Horizon Hobbies has definitely earned a lifelong customer who has spread the word to all in his circle and beyond. Great job Horizon.

Horizon Hobby has great products. Both airplanes and radios.....E-Flite and Spektrum. They just work. I joined the Elite Club. It has more than paid for itself. Discount coupons and surprises in the mail. Mike T answers emails within an hour. Plus free shipping for even small items. My new SWS Timber is one of the best airplanes I have ever had. I just received a new 1.3 M Cherokee. It looks like the one I learned to fly in many years ago and was too pretty to pass up.
