I really like Horia's cards. She is also such a sweet human. The cards are simple, so visually striking, easy to use. I bought two different packs (the breathing one and the butterfly one, one in French, one in English)for two different therapeutical issues, and am looking forward both to use them personally and in my own practice eventually. They are for everyone, and especially if you've never looked into this, this is where you should start your journey !

These cards an excellent coverage of somatic exercises and polyvagal therapy for cPTSD, depression and anxiety and grief. It seems to cover more areas related to somatic therapy and polyvagal therapy than comparable cards or books which tend to concentrate only on one. I particularly like the exercises with the Heart Rate Variability. I’m using these cards with my therapist to help treat cPTSD.

Editing my review but leaving the old one so that you can see what happened. As you can see from the reply to my original review, I was contacted and she did make it better. She refunded me the amount that I had to pay in additional shipping as well as rounded it up a few dollars extra for the trouble that I went through. I was really worried that this was just another scam that I hadn’t seen before, but I realize now that it was a possible scam by the shipping company and not by Kadi Horia. She’s actually very earnest and honest. my issue was something outside of her control and she took care of it best she could. I hope she is able to find another shipping company that does not lie to her! As far as the cards themselves, I love them and recommend them! If I could give zero stars I would. I bought the somatic card deck and paid for shipping with the purchase. Just now the mail carrier came to my door and said that the shipping label is counterfeit! He said he couldn’t leave the package with me unless I gave him $7.10 in shipping! I already paid $7.95 in shipping when I bought the item. So he left with the package. I have written to the company asking for a refund, we will see how they respond. I’m very disappointed.

Great service and great trainers

The set I ordered originally never arrived. It was not their fault, we were having problems with the postal service here. When I reached out to the company to find out what to do they promptly sent a new set out to me. I’m trying to do a lot of work on myself and I struggle with finding exercises and routines. These are a huge help in that. They are exactly what I needed.

These cards are absolutely beautiful and extremely practical and useful. I use them every day!

Just love my cards,I've tried multiple practices to calm myself and live with an open heart to life's and never be able to until I learned a bit on vagus nerves ,these helps me alot in staying aligned
