Fast service, reliable, helpful

Things have been easy so far and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. Just 2 feedback: 1) Bring back the discount codes that you used to have 2 years back maybe 2) With the change in address, I am concerned over the potential loss of items. While it's unavoidable, I do have some preorder items that was registered under the old address and wont be shipped out until year end. I have tried to update the records for the order but potentially, there is still the risk that my items will be lost in transition.

Everything is organized. Just that hopefully in future, picture of item arrived can be provided. It is sad to see item arrived were partly damaged.
