This has started recently. Packages have not been added to my account but they have been delivered by merchant at the Portland warehouse of HopShopGo. I am wondering if this a lost cause at this point. No one seems to be responding to my emails

Exactly, I have been using HopShopGo for 10+ years and the quality of service was so good. Yet the situation has been changed since April 2023. Something went wrong and my items over $3000 value still sit there without being registered on my account. So worrisome!! Can anyone in OR, USA find out what’s going on out there?

I have been using HopShopGo for almost 18 months with no issues until yesterday. I currently have 14 packages sitting in my account that I can do nothing with as I went to Onebox them yesterday and I get a message they are short on staff. I tried to send the package that they start charging me storage fees on from today I get a message that they are moving warehouses and that they have paused operations for a few days while they move. Does anyone know how long we actually haven’t been able to use the site at all? I am so worried my storage fees will get out of control and that I won’t actually receive my items that I have paid for and this isn’t even my fault

hopshopgo has been a great service in the past. however, things have taken a turn for the worse of late. i'm not sure when the system changed, but there's no longer access to a live chat agent. the only way to contact them is via email, which seems to go in to a black hole. they've always been very responsive, but after the system change, they no longer reply to email. it's been weeks. there's no other way to contact them. and the shipping costs which used to be reasonable have now increased exponentially. with amazon offering direct shipping overseas now at much more favorable rates, it is no longer cost effective to use hopshopgo, especially with their non existent customer service

I have been using HopShopGo for several years and they have been reliable in shipping the packages to the final destination. However, i have not managed to contact anyone at HopShopGo and there's no more livechat agent for about 2 weeks. My packages have been delivered to the allocated suite address according to sellers' tracking numbers but no update at HopShopGo. No people answered my email and my telephone. What is happening? Are they stealing my packages? Any kind soul to help?

Received my item which was damaged I took a photo and immediately inquired. As I had paid for repacking they put two metal items together with no seperating bubble wrap so in transit they were smashing into each other and gringing and arrived quite worn, paint missine, edges grinded away etc. But HSG kept making new hurdles wanting photos of multiple different things despite them sending me pictures when they were shipping it of how it was packed. Honestly find a different shipping provider. After a few years of using their service I am no longer going to use them neither are my friends who I had previously informed about HSG and i suggest any reader to do the same. Tldr: Avoid.

The pet cage H-S-G on-shipped arrived without the all the pieces required for assembly included. When H-S-G was notified of the lack of parts, they were provided with the order and tracking number from Amazon (per their request) as well as a photo of the instructions showing the shape and size of the missing pieces. They now are requesting a merchant's shipping confirmation, while still denying responsibility. This time consuming back and forth after paying over the top fees makes the experience with H-S-G unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

I've used Hopshopgo on several occasions and never had any issues until now. I paid for express delivery to Australia and never received any tracking information and now I've been told I've been issued a refund and I've got no idea where my parcel is. I've emailed and messaged several times and the customer service is terrible. My product has obviously been stolen and my paypal account has no delivery fee refund. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone as the follow up and customer service is disgusting. I just want my product delivered!!
