Great software!

We've been working with the hopin platform since March 2020. Initially, we began our relationship as an events organizer that needed to (scramble) pivot a 2500 physical event to a virtual variant, in 8 days... Soon after, Hopin and Wolves Summit embarked on a new collaboration, through which we supported Hopin customers with A/V and production requirements. This allowed Wolves Summit to morph from being not only a hopin customer, but also a production agency for hopin (providing a vital new revenue stream to us during COVID). Since then, we have organized external events for organizations such as Panasonic, United Nations, UNIDO, Vienna Energy Forum, MIT Enterprise Forum, British Embassy, Department for International Trade, European Innovation Council, Vienna Business Agency, PwC, GTR Ventures, amongst others. What is paramount to us as events organizers in our own right, as well as technical production providers is reliability. Throughout the 100+ events that we've organized over the last 18 months, I can honestly count on one hand the number of times we've encountered any technical issues whilst using the hopin platform (of which some would have been attributable to cloud service interruption) - this is why we choose to work exclusively with hopin.

It's amazing how Hopin really gave me a close experience of being in an actual conference. Meeting people there was nice! I wonder though if there was a way to lengthen the talk, even for just maybe 15-30secs. Many times got cut out at the last few seconds. Haha

Hands down the best virtual conference platform I've seen! The chat, the ability to go to the stage and to do speed networking is amazing! I've used this platform a few times and have had good experiences every time. The only difficulty I've seen is the human element - people's knowledge base and willingness to explore the features provided. Well done on a great product!

I participated in 4 events via Hopin. I like it.

After trialing many different online platforms, Hopin has felt fully the most like a full conference experience, not just watching talks online. The continual updates to the platform, as well as the constant addition of new features, keeps it ahead of the rest. We began using this platform at the beginning of the pandemic, and have been impressed by how it continues to grow and develop into a platform that's easy to use, and yet dynamic in its offerings. With pricing plans for all budgets, I would highly recommend.
