We were not given all of the information around the limitations of the Hopin platform. Here are some: 1.) limited guests can be on screen at one time 2.) the main stage is awkward for speaker and admin 3.) there are no breakout rooms available 4.) Screen share is clunky and unintuitive

I believe Hopin has potential. As of August 2020, it had great features such as booths to host looped video. It made our event feel polished and was easy to set up. I'll also mention it came highly recommended by people who had attended Hopin-hosted events. So as a user I know people enjoyed it. Unfortunately the experience hosting our event on Hopin was a bit of a nightmare. We had dozens of people who couldn't share their screen or had audio/video issues, delaying start times by up to 45 minutes. Some people weren't able to participate in the day at all. Hoping that by now they've resolved their issues, but won't be risking another event any time soon.

The quality of the video is perfect and it is very useful. My problem is that It has a strict time-limit. I have been connecting with people through hoping and twice the meeting cut and I lost the connection and I couldn’t network further.
