The conference I attended was professional and actually better than being there in person. The facilities to break out and discuss with individuals or groups as well as view the main event was very useful. An ability to do this not in real time would be advantageous too

Overall, Hopin was great. Loved the ability to make it really feel like a conference with having the main stage, conference rooms, and sponsor rooms. Chatting function was great and overall the quality of sound and visuals worked. well. The one suggestion would be to allow a practice run prior to the actual event. There were a few things that you wouldn't really know to tell others how to do without actually doing a test run, so there was some trial by error.

Best of all the existing conference platforms for connecting attendees for networking purposes. Video quality for sessions is stable. Needs real-time closed captioning and independent audio control (separate from PC system) to be 5-stars

Hopin Virtual Craft Fair Hopin provided a great resource to hold a craft fair virtually. Overall, they provided a unique and interactive platform for our event. As a vendor, I enjoyed the capability of communicating with my visitors in a variety of ways. Since this was a new concept, there are some kinks to work out, but I look forward to using this platform in the future.

I had a generally positive experience using Hopin. There were a few issues with identifying how to get to the session of choice in a virtual conference that had a large variety of break-out sessions. I would love to see a feature that allows me to schedule my sessions (like in Sched) and have them automatically open once the time comes instead of having to navigate to them manually.

Annoying that you can't have more than 5 people on stage. During our speaker panel, we wanted to allow attendees to join us on stage. However, not only was it not possible, but there was no messaging around the reason it wasn't working (presumably because we were at max number of stage speakers)

Thank you for your Hopin feedback, Song! You're correct, currently there is a maximum of 5 speakers on the Hopin Stage, although if the event organizer is using a Moderated Hopin Session they can have up to 20 people on screen at once. And if the Hopin event organizer is using StreamYard, they can have up to 10 people on the Hopin Stage at once. Hope that helps!

I really enjoy using this to attend webinars. The only thing is that navigating workshops was a little confusing for me at first.
