I filled this out before but Hope did a great job. Josh did a good job on the plumbing. He was nice and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends. I plan to use them again.

I was happy with the service with 2 exceptions. My service was to Have been between 8-12 in the am but the plumber didn't show up until after 3 pm. Also, I felt the cost to repair the problem was much to high.

Plumbers were professional & repaired one of two problems. Were unable to stop a drip on an outside faucet without cutting thru my finished basement wall & ceiling & installing a whole new shut-off. Over the years I've noted extremely high water pressure & mentioned that to the men who checked it (very high). I opted to have a valve installed to reduce the pressure. Very good job!

I've had Hope out a few times to my house and each and every time, they've done a thorough job fixing my old house. Had a drain clog in the basement that was cleared in a matter of minutes. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Always a pleasure to have Hope work on our house. It's definitely a more involved project this time (having to clear up our sewer line, demolishing our walkway, putting a new clean out in), but so far, so good. Only issue has been scheduling, a couple of miscommunications happened, but overall pretty happy (though the project isn't finished yet at this time)

I had a good experience with this plumbing company except that they didn't have a plunger on their truck. Wouldn't that be one of the first things a plumber brings? Or am I off base? The plumber was very polite and was able to fix the problem despite lack of plunger but I was a little perplexed.

Scott was very friendly and down to Earth. I appreciate an employee who will speak to me as if they have known me for years.

They were on time and professional. They made sure they always wore protective foot covers when moving between outside and inside the home. They also pointed out some items I was not aware of and was able to correct right there on the spot. While they were not inexpensive, they were thorough and I believe they did things correctly.
