Better coordination with the customer on scheduled arrival time.

The plumbers were great to work with and tried hard to get me the best result under some difficult circumstances. They had some difficulty installing the panels surrounding the tub. Fortunately I had previously installed identical paneling and was able to identify the source of the problems and show them how to do the trim on the panels. "It takes a village" with a 100 year old home!

The company provided good service.

The work is fine but the price of $289 I thought was high for a small pin hole leak and the project took less than 1 hour

Work was done AFTER simple, necessary parts were delivered to my repair person. Delay was minimal, but I think unnecessary, for your employee and me.

Hope Plumbing got the job done and everyone was pleasant as usual. Our appointment got cancelled during the window and it was hard to reschedule as we had already taken time off work for the appointment, but things happen and we have had good experiences with Hope in the past.

Same day service. Had leak in copper pipe. Fast and knowledgeable. Service tech was great. Only issues were- Didnt turn water off in house which caused the service tech to miss that the valve was faulty. Would have replaced valve but water heater was already installed. Could have cleaned up a little better and left hand print on wall. Will use again. Otherwise 5 stars

The air filter for the water heater wasn't installed at the bottom and the top of the water heater and the floor were not cleaned from the dust from soldering the pipes.
