I paid over $100 to classify my project as an emergency. When they arrived they didn't have the correct tools to fix my problem. They said it was an older bathtub and they don't carry those items on hand. They would be in the wear house which was closed. I then looked at their truck and it says "specializing in older homes." That was a joke. So I had to wait another day. They didn't show up when they said they would and wanted to reschedule for the next day. That's three days later.. and I still paid the emergency fee. They ended up showing up on the second day and did good work. Poor ethics.

The sales person was nice and the communication was very good. The prices seemed extremely high to me.

Did not complete inspection as promised. Arrived before getting home and indicated that he could not complete the video inspection as needed. He indicated that there were too many turns, that prevented him from getting the optical cable to the area of the cleared clog. He recommended an upgrade to my drain system that would cost more that I could have expected.

I think plumber would have scratched my floor if I hadn't said something about it. He put down some cloths after that. Wasn't happy that I wasn't allowed to know how much the water heater itself cost We are paying for it .

Work was completed to satisfaction; however, the final cost for the work done was excessive and it was a one person job but 2 workers showed up.

Great work on shower and toilets. However installed wrong o ring on kitchen sink and left me with one bathroom handle off.

The flush valve in our Toto toilet needed to be replaced. The Hope Technician used a Fluidmaster flush valve. I questioned him why he chose not to use the Korky valve recommended by the toilet manufacturer. He said it the Fluidmaster works just as well. I agree that it works - but not as well as the original Korky valve.

While I was pleased that they were able to perform the work sooner than most other contractors, the price charged for the amount of work was extremely high. The tech sensed the urgency of the repair and inflated the price accordingly in our opinion.
