Though they came out right away and declared an emergency for our situation (Wed.), it wasn't until Mon. that they seemed to be able to repair our problem. We were thrown into a very tough situation trying to greatly restrict drainage water—no showers (2 min., but it takes longer than that to warm it up) and only one flush/hour. They need a contingency plan if they are going to take on an emergency situation so they don't have to tell their customer they have to wait 4 days. All technicians though, were very knowledgeable and friendly. We would call them again if we don't have a time-sensiitve problem.

Did good work, but I believe they were overpriced. I am regretting not shopping around a bit and taking them at their word with pricing, as we had quite a bit of work done. Also, I was quoted one amount for an additional project, then when they came to do it, I was given a quote 4 TIMES the original. Had to send the plumber away without doing the job. Was contacted by their office to see what they could do, and they said they would get back to me. Never heard from them again.

Good work very fast

I had a new sewer line dug. The work was done well, problem fixed. The workers were very nice and did a good job. The only problem I had was I wasn't aware that they would leave the dirt from the hole to settle on its own, and I have about 3ft of dirt! They said that would have been on my quote, but I never received a "written" quote....it was done over the phone. I saw that statement on my final "paperwork" but the job had already been done. I know using computer instead of paper is fairly new, but it certainly needs to be perfected. Now, it will probably be spring before the dirt (3 ft!) is completely settled and I will have to hire someone to finish the job. Hope said to "water" it, but winter is almost here and I have put everything away. Unfortunately, this is in my front yard, right in front of the porch so I need it to be level with the ground. The work was good, but communication was poor.

I had a list of projects when i called Hope Plumbing. The technician arrived and he prepare an estimate for all the services along with a couple estimates with select services. My issue is the estimated were done on an electonic device and difficult to compare the options. Additionally the price is a single line with a price no without a option to add or delete services.

Good install, the installer did nice work. However him and the estimator were not on the same page which caused a trip to Lowes. Even then they didn't have the right parts and we ended up without running water overnight The next morning the installer showed up a bit late and completed the work but didn't check to make sure the water was actually running. It worked fine but for some reason he left it off. So, the work was good but the experience could have been better.

The people that I talked to were nice enough, but their service was way overpriced. $220 to unclog a bathtub drain. I won't use them again.

My Delta faucet that broke has a life time warranty, Hope plumbing was aware of this and did not follow up on it.
