We had Hope Plumbing come over two times recently, 2 unrelated service needs. They were professional and hard working, and stuck to their estimate. We like supporting local people.

Wanted fill & flush valves replaced in a toilet along with the water shut off valve. I thought the cost was too high. Settled on having the shut off valve replaced. Plumber was prompt, courteous and efficient.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the service man came within the time window but price seemed a little high.

Great customer service and work. Trust that service was top notch, however I believe a bit higher on price than other plumbers fees. Service was for flushing water heater - after $50 promotional discount still paid $200.

Great service, the guy who showed up was honest, straight forward, and helpful, plus did a good job. Only disappointment was they were not able to give me any ball park cost info up front on what I could expect. I know that's hard to do and risky because customers may not describe the full scope of work and it's hard to ball park something over the phone. But the tech was good at listing what they would do and options I had to choose from. But the total did end up higher than I was expecting going in. Shows that it's been several years since I hired a plumber!!

Very good customer service, professional installer, good quality work, but prices seemed quite high. However, they had some programs to offset the pricing somewhat. That said, if it weren't for prices, we would hire them again.
