HOOK 360°Reviews of hook360.com

By far the best people to buy from ... so I ordered two face shields .. and when I got my package I had three .. and when I looked at them one was the correct one and the other was was not what I ordered and then there was an extra one . So I sent a msg as soon as I got it . Asking how I can send the other two back . Well first they where very apologetic about the mishap and then said they would ship the correct one ASAP .. and wow did they !!!! I would of never thought a company could be so great to deal with and also so fast to respond.. they will have my business forever and I will share it and tell everyone.. Thank you again guys for the amazing product

Great service and great product. I would order from them again.

Brett @ HOOK 360 contacted me when I placed my order and attached question. Total time from order to deliver of 501 neck gators 17 days. Was put working in the yard today Brett called and said delivery should be on my porch, walked around the front and there they were Bretts brought back the Service In customer service

Shipping took a while but the product is much better than I expected.

I ordered the neck gaiters from Hook 360 to wear at work. I work in a manufacturing plant in Alabama so you know it gets hot! The breathable fabric is great! I do not get too hot or feel like I’m suffocating while still following the face covering procedures. The selection of designs are great too! My son also has to wear a face covering for football workouts (indoor weight training) & he loves the light weight feel too. I have been impressed with Hook 360’s keeping the customers updated on order status & their commitment to the environment. I definitely recommend Hook 360!!!

I placed an initial order for 20 gaitors, All of my crew members loved them. With the Covid19 issue and MA requirements for our company to continue to work I placed another order of 100. The company stayed in contact with me though out the process do to unavailable stock. I have recommended Hook360 to everyone that I know in need of face masks.

The delivery estimate that was given was a tad bit off but if you have patience and want a great product definitely on the right site or right place. EXCELLENT product for sure. Thank you to everyone at this company for working your tails off! Much appreciated. Thanks🙏🏽💪🏽

started out rocky with the order shipping but once i go it, they are great. light weight, easy to breathe when wearing them. love how they come in their own individual packaging.
