I ordered in the mist of the pandemic so I did have to wait but I was also given updates . When they did arrive I was disappointed to see that I did not get the pattern I ordered . I sent a email and received the correct item a week later . They are very comfortable to wear .

I received my gaiter order about two weeks ago, and I discovered that I got a duplicate pattern instead of one pattern I ordered. No problem. I called customer service, and no questions asked, they sent out another gaiter to me. Got it today. Great quality, great price, great customer service. I have been telling, and showing, all my friends! Thanks Hook 360! You folks are AWESOME! I will be ordering more, and I think my friends will be ordering as well!
