They arrived on time and look good

I bought the XL neck gators. I use them for sun protection and can actually pull them over my nose without smashing my nose flat. That makes it more comfortable and makes it easier to breath. Hook 360 is the only site I have found the larger neck gators. I highly recommend them.

Great product, it just took a little long to get!

Once I placed my order, it took some time to receive. I received one update about a delay and no response to an email. I finally made contact through messaging and my order did finally arrive. My order had a couple of substitutions on style that I indicated to them. They sent the correct ones in a reasonable amount of time and did not ask for a return. In the end, they made good on delivery and correcting an error. My order was place in April, in the midst of COVID. I know that the USPS was overwhelmed during this time as, I assume, was Hook 360. I don't think they are a bad company but maybe just overwhelmed where they over promised and under delivered on delivery of their product. While I was frustrated with the amount of time for delivery, in the end, they made good on customer satisfaction. I leaned towards 3 stars but gave them 4 for a strong finish.

I would have given a 5 star review but it took almost 2 months to get the products I ordered. I do understand the Covid -19 situation had a big impact on this, but HOOK 360 did put through my payment when the order was placed. I did receive an email with a shipping label but still didn't recieve my products for about 6 weeks. Other than this issue. I would have to say I really like the product I recieved and even received an extra neck gaiter for my inconveniece. The product was much more comfortable than some of the other products out there and I will be using these long after the Covid 19 pandemic is over.

It took a while for them to get back to me , but they got the order shipped out to me . Pretty good quality little longer then I’m used to but I’m sure they will do just fine .

I received all 4 neck gaiters but I received a stars and stripes sleeve instead of a neck gaiter.
