I'm in the same boat as many of the reviews I've seen here. I made a purchase on 5/3 (ORDER #5385), have emailed the company multiple times to ask for an update, and have heard absolutely nothing. I purchased from this company because it said their gaiters would ship in 12-15 days, which seemed reasonable under present circumstances, but now it has been almost a month. I fully understand that this is an extremely difficult time for everyone but it's very frustrating that the company will not respond to emails. They also haven't updated anything on their website about these items taking much longer than advertised.

I ordered on 4/30 and have tried to contact through messenger multiple times and can't get a response. I understand things take longer right now but just want an update on my order #5301.

I ordered almost 4 weeks ago and nothing. I have emailed and no response. Horrible horrible business. Money has been taken from my account already but still no product. At least give a response to my email. Order #5533.. where's my order?

Placed my order and got conformation and ant the funds were taken from my account. I've been waiting weeks sent emails and no reply back. If they claim the product is in stock why don't they send it :(

Horrible so called company. I ordered over a month ago never received. I've emailed them no response.

I placed an order on 4/17. Here it’s 5/26 and the neck gaiters I order haven’t been shipped. I’ve emailed them to no avail. My order number is supposedly 3637. So stay away from them. Just another predator on the pandemic. I wouldn’t have given one star but that’s the only way to let you write anything

I ordered neck gaiters on 4/17. Order 3682. Have Sent several emails and called and left messages. Have not received a call, email or gaitors. Reading the other reviews looks as though we are all in the same boat as Everyone else. Probably going to look for a refund At this point if we don’t here in the next day or so. Received an automated email three weeks ago blaming usps About shipping delays but there is no tracking number and the items have not been shipped obviously. Terrible customer service.
