Received an email that my order shipped on 5/7/21. STILL have NOT received my order. Nor have I received a response from my last email that I sent to them asking for an update on my order. Their LACK of concern and LACK of response is a response in my eyes! I sent an email asking for a refund and haven’t had a response from that one either!! Extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers!

Very disappointed. I ordered 5 items and received 2 of them. I contacted them 5 times and only one reply. They have my money and I do not have my items nor will they communicate. These guys came recommended. If you call them you get a voicemail. No responses to my email. Finally received my refund after 3 emails to them. Took about a week min. They never responded - had to check every day for my refund to appear.

Sure, they're cheap but in no case, not even covid, should it take 3+ weeks to get to Canada. Ordered on the 8th of Aug. Tomorrow is the first of Sept, still nothing.

I placed an order, it was lost at the post office for over a week and it took me leaving voice messages which did not help, emailing which did not help either and eventually texting one of the owners to finally find out were my order was and then it still took another week f me asking before it was shipped. Then when I received it it was completely wrong. I emailed immediately and never received a response, I took a photo of the items I received and also sent a copy of what I ordered and texted it to an owner. I was told by an owner that I would receive a refund because it was completely wrong. Well I never received the refund, I tried to make contact again about the refund and nothing. I even asked if they would just send me my correct items and I would send the incorrect items back. Nothing still. The quality of there products is great but VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting to hear something but I have lost hope. Very frustrating that I could not get a response from anyone. All I wanted was what I ordered. Order #10795

Thought I was gonna be pleasantly surprised when the package came today, instead of Saturday. Would have been changing my previous review a bit. But was again utterly disappointed yet again. Seems they sent only 2 that I ordered, along with 2 that I guess is what they decided I neede instead of what I ordered. My fleece one was supposed to be hunting camo and is white with grey lines. Where I live nothing is white during hunting season, so it is useless to me. The other was supposed to be Balck and White camo, and is leafy woodland. I would reach out to them, but since they do not respond to any messages, emails or phone calls, I have am order that is only half of what I wanted. Don't see how they stay in business.

1 star only because No star is available. Ordered my package on 4/13/20. Called and left several voicemails. Sent 4 email, no response. No communication. On 5/25/20 I received a tracking number email. As of today 6/1/20 the tracking number shows label created but package not process.

I gave them 1 star only because zero stars wasn't a choice. Ordered on 4/12 didn't receive until 5/23 but no communication as to order status. Sent several emails. Once I received my order, it was wrong. Sent 3 emails to get it corrected, still haven't heard from them. Buyer beware....

This place advertises 7-14 business days to ship. I understand these times are tough. We can't find anywhere to track our order, so assuming they never shipped it yet and order was placed May 19 (14 days ago), don't know if they are slammed or what the heck, just left a message today to get some help, SLOOOOOOOW SERVICE!!
