First time reviewer and buyer but I made an account just to leave a review for Honsvr because I wanted to share the great experience I had with them. I had some questions about how to read my eye prescription and honestly I think there was a type on my note that was causing some confusion. Eric who was my live chat agent had patience and professionality to help me through reading my prescription correctly and gave very sound advice. It saved me from going into my optician or calling them. They are a well deserved 5 star seller just for customer service. Not to mention, they are probably the fastest delivery for Canadian buyers. I compared several other companies and they seem to be the fastest among them all. Try it out and if you have any question just ask the live chat. They reply fairly quickly. Enjoy!

Best thing about the company is customer relations. They were so much helpful before and after purchase. And the prices are also below average. Quality of the product is Perfect too. İ definitely advice honsvr. By the way i specially want to thank the guy in the website chat help.

Great experience dealing with this company, very fast delivery. Ordered Last Saturday evening and product arrived this morning. The lenses themselves work great and has improved my VR experience greatly.

My grandson has a complicated prescription and they filled the prescription and we had an small issue. Honsvr refunded my purchase price and sent us a new pair for free to make sure that my grandson had the best experience possible! Great communication! Awesome customer service! I am very happy with this company ! Helpful customer service is virtually nonexistent these days! I'm telling all my friends and I've told coworkers and my neighbors that this company is the way to go if you need this service. Awesome company! I am a customer for life !

Your product is awesome and price point is excellent. I got my lenses in under a week. Vision and clarity is better than I could have ever expected, a whole new experience for a prescription glasses wearer! Easy to install, nice storage case, seconds to put on and remove when you play.

When my first set of lenses arrived, they weren't quite right. I persisted for a while but I really couldn't fly with them, they didn't fit well. I contacted Eric, and he immediately, (like literally the same day), arranged a re-shipment for me with another set of lenses with their new design. The new set snap on tight and don't budge at all! These lenses make a huge difference to my confidence when flying with my DJI V2 FPV goggles. The clarity is great, and I can now fly with peace of mind knowing they won't fall off while I'm flying, unlike a competitor's who I won't name (and they didn't even respond to my concerns). I really love these lenses and I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Eric and Honsvr.

These lenses are without doubt the best value on the market, not far off half the price of when you buy them from the UK and they're excellent quality . An unbelievable processing time. Took 7 days to arrive from me ordering, some UK spectacle companies take over two weeks to do the same thing, and these come from China. Customer service is second to none. Ask them a question, and you have a reply in less than an hour, the UK should also take a leaf out of this companies book, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I ordered on a Saturday, by Tuesday DHL had contacted me the lenses would arrive WED here in Canada,,,SUPER FAST...and THEY REALLY WORK , I CAN SEE CLEARLY KNOW!! I have to say go for HONSVR (stop wasting your time with other companies.)
