The gift certificate for restaurant.com…and honor society certificate
The gift certificate for restaurant.com only works for certain restaurants like in Oswego and cicero. I live near an Applebee's, red Robin, olive garden, long horn steakhouse, out back steak house, mos, mos diner, mc ds, Wendy's, burger king, chikafile,Popeyes, kfc taco bell, five guys sonic, Tully buffalo wild wings, ihop, taco bell, and it doesn't work on any of the restaurants near me. Also, why does the honor society certificate doesn't come with an $300 purchase? I think it should especially if we're paying that much.
Response from HonorSociety.orgOct 21, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that a dining benefit is less useful to you when nearby restaurants aren’t included. Restaurant.com certificates are redeemable at participating restaurants, and availability and redemption terms vary by location. We also appreciate your feedback about including an Honor Society certificate with a premium membership purchase. We’d like to review your order, clarify what was included, and help you explore options for obtaining your membership certificate. Please contact our Member Services team at [email protected] with your order number. We’d be happy to address both questions and help you find membership benefits that fit your needs.

Missed the date
I asked for a different date to be used. Your company used a recent date while I graduated in 1989 and asked for that date to be used. The rest of the process was great! Thank you!
Response from HonorSociety.orgOct 15, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Patti! We're glad to hear the rest of your experience was positive. Honor Society membership certificates generally reflect the date an individual first became a member through our website, which may differ from their college graduation date. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this distinction. If you have any questions about the date displayed on your certificate, please contact our Member Services team at [email protected]. Thank you for being part of Honor Society! — Honor Society Member Services

The actual experience of purchasing on…NHS Website
The actual experience of purchasing on the website was 5-Star. However, I was very disappointed in the lapel pin itself. I am 76 years old and all my life I have been heartbroken because I lost my original National Honor Society pin while walking through the woods on my family property when I was a teenager. I have always thought about writing the Society to see if I could order a new one. I thought what I ordered would be just like my lost one, but it wasn't. I guess it will have to do.
Response from HonorSociety.orgOct 15, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Robin. We're glad to hear you had a five-star purchasing experience, and we appreciate you sharing the personal significance of your original pin. We'd like to clarify that Honor Society is an independent membership organization and is not affiliated with the National Honor Society. Our lapel pins represent Honor Society and are distinct from those issued by NHS. We understand that your original pin holds special sentimental value and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this distinction. Thank you again for your feedback and for sharing your story. — Honor Society Member Services

Did not know how and when product will arrive. Tracking did not help.
I like the end result of the products but the waiting period and the logistics gave me extreme anxiety. Currently, I am going through a really tough time and I was at my lowest this year. I received the items but it was too late.
