I ordered three items one was missing the remote. (Useless without it) one was totally missing. The third item is the only thing that is useable. I was given a very vague response as to what they would do to fix this. And no results yet. This is a order from the middle of may. Edit: thank you for your fast response honeyplaybox but the Fiona does have a remote there is a place where it is missing in the packaging and no other way that I could see to run it. So yes so far the Fiona is not usable.

Took two weeks from order to arrival. Taking no returns whatsoever, regardless of reason is absolutely ridiculous. If an unused product isn't what the customer thought it was or it was poorly advertised, no return. What a scam of a site.
