I buy wih you 3 products what I pay. Check the last order. And you send only two product. You forget to send Billy 8 so I loose money with you. So don’t send now because I am outside my house only in 4 September I return. I wanted to order other thing but when I pay something and never receive why I pay. I did not receive the items that I paid for, and provided proof of that. Despite numerous requests and emails, they have refused to send the correct items, refused to refund my card, and went so far as to tell me it was my problem to investigate why the correct items were not sent. *Please note that after one of my requests for a refund has now gone 11 days without response, and an additional separate email requesting a refund has now gone 5 days without response, the company sent me a separate email filled with misspellings to the point of being incomprehensible, and STILL did not agree to provide a refund. **8/8/23 After I was forced to initiate a charge back with my credit card company, I received a poorly worded email that the company "respects my mind", followed by more incomprehensible sentences. I finally received my money back, but ONLY because I opened a claim with my credit card company. ***9/9/23- The company has now flagged my review as fake, which is a clear attempt to try and remove negative, yet accurate, reviews, as pointed out by many others. Be warned, this company is dishonest, will take your money, not provide the goods, and not provide a refund until you pursue it through your credit card company. They hide their wrongdoings and negative reviews. ***4/27/24 The company flagged my review for "harmful or illegal content" in yet another attempt to remove my review, which has been verified with an order number and receipt. I cannot stress enough that this company actively tries to remove negative reviews.
