Ordering and delivery were amazing, the product itself is 8/10, just a lot louder than expected and battery runs down fairly fast, but other than that, it's amazing!

I received the products in a fairly timely manner. After receiving the products I was extremely disappointed with one of the products. I promptly called the company to try and resolve the issue and have not heard back, it has been nearly two weeks.

When the purchase was made , the delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. When it didn't get delivered, I had to email and finally chat to get a promise of delivery. The email address is not functional, due to a.we extension. I am very disappointed that it doesn't seem important to keep the customer informed of delays or troubles with the shipment of a purchase.
