Fast replacement
I ordered the Warrior in June and unfortunately after a short while the sleeve break. I contacted the company by email (I am based in Europe) and they reply the next day. They proposed to reship my order and I received the new warrior after a few more days. Very happy with their service. P.S. I find their water based lubricant excellent.

Every thing is excellent!
The customer service was great! Small problem with carrier delays but that occurred due to bad weather. This thing works great...very easy to clean. Just like a woman,without the nagging,and fussing.

Before finally receiving my order
Before finally receiving my order, I tried to contact customer service nearly a dozen times and no one ever I repeat ever contacted me via email or phone call very poor customer service!!! As for the device itself, everything is good except for one thing, and that is that there was only 1 stroking speed. It needs to have multiple choices for that as well.
