Prices are a little over the top
Prices are a little over the top. I understand you have a business to run but it all depends on cost. That's the only thing I find wrong my wife and I haven't gotten to try out the toy I got for her yet but I don't see $68.99 there and it will not hold a charge on it so I don't know what I should do about that but at $75+ after taxes it's not worth ordering another one

Accidentally entered the wrong address noticed and tried to correct it sent several emails to make sure they knew to correct the address and this is right after I made the order, haven't gotten any word back on the matter other sites as long as It hasn't shipped yet I can make changes to the order. and the billing address wasn't right either so I don't know how the purchase was able to go through.

I don’t like how shipping is so slow…
I don’t like how shipping is so slow and there is no option for faster shipping. It takes forever to get a shipping confirmation.

Lost package. Rude customer service. No refund yet.
My package arrived to the local post office empty so they immediately returned it to where it come from, I reached out to customer service via email but made the mistake of sending through the wrong email so I went to the email that I used making the purchase to send it directly from there and the response I got was rude. It stated, “We got it. Please do not email us from 2 emails and make it confusing. One email is sufficient. Once the warehouse confirms item was received we will issue a refund” This was very unprofessional and could’ve been handled in a different manner. Tracking the progress of the package back to the warehouse it come from it was showing out for delivery then 3 hours later sent to a Mail Recovery Center, still no refund issued.
