I like it it good enough except for the fact that my remote doesn't work and has never worked! One of the main reasons I bought it. Also I can't get a hold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone and there's an answering machined and I have left a message but no one will call me back. Very frustrating!! Can someone please help me? UPDATE: upon receipt of my email honey play box has sent me a brand new toy!! Love it and the remote works too!!! Thanks honey play box for doing good business! You will always have mine!

The plug doesn’t stay connected to the item and won’t charge, poor quality, tried to call and contacted PayPal with no results and called the distributor in California of which they didn’t answer so I finally left a voicemail of which they called me back of which they called me back at 730am eastern time. I didn’t have the chance to run to it so I tried to repeatedly tried calling back, but they want proof that it doesn’t work like I wasn’t believed, however what’s to take a video of if it just sits there and does nothing . Don’t deal with this company this is junk and you will never get a refund or any solution

Your company did not use AUSPOST as its carrier here in Aus, the result of this being an inferior carrier didn't deliver my parcel to its designated destination, nor had the courtesy to contact me, therefore my AUS $170 is gone, I've tried tracking the courier no answer , no chance.
