Excellent
Excellent customer service via the phone and chat. Excellent flat shipping rate (which thankfully included Hawaii!). Fast delivery and good tracking communication. Purchased McKesson Ultra Underwear and HonestMed was willing to ship it to Hawaii (when MANY MANY other companies would not). The price for the items and flat shipping was extremely affordable and reasonable. I will definitely buy needed items from them again and recommend to others.
