Product ID numbers
I was not able to input the item number off the box so I did not get what I wanted. I'll find out tomorrow if the ones you sent me can be used, otherwise I will be sending the ones you sent me back for a refund.

Search function needs major improvement!
What went wrong? I had previously ordered a chin strap from Honest Medical without any issue. This time, when I searched for it on their website, I couldn't find it! I tried using the product name, item #, or just looking at chin straps. Could NOT find it. Resorted to a Google search. Good grief! Link on Google took me straight to the exact product I wanted. Ordered it but no one should have that kind of difficulty finding the exact product they need!

The management of web site is not user…
The management of web site is not user friendly, tried to become normal user but the forms wouldn’t cooperate and kept kicking me out without being able to sign in. Had to make my order as a guest…. Kinda perplexed on why it has to be so complicated.

The product it tiny
The product it tiny about 1 in and i paid $30 including shipping. Ridiculous.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. FedEx transferred to usps. I can only assume it was then placed on a boat to Hawaii which is why it is taking so long

Getting approved for tax exempt status…
Getting approved for tax exempt status is nearly impossible. I submitted my form and the requested documentation only to have it rejected multiple times even after supplying the requested supporting documentation.

Poor payment processing
I attempted to make purchases several times only to discover the charge card processer would reject your billing. Some thing in your processing made my bank, Chase, believe the transaction was a fraud. Who is doing your processing? I tried to get help online but was only able to get aid in processing one of the purchase attempts. I will use PayPal in the future.
