They sent the wrong product
They sent the wrong product. I called them after I received this request for a rating. The shipping was 3/4's of the cost of the product. The original Remedy No Foam Cleanser has no scent. They sent me a Vanilla scented new product. The only recourse they gave me was to send it back at my cost. I would than be paying 11/2 the amount of product and have nothing. They need to change the photo on the website and description to reflect what they are actually sending out. They also need to change a blurb that says call us if you are not satisfied, so we can show you we care by making it right.

Bad customer service
At first I called to see what was the delay and was told that the order was lost. Then days later I was told it was damaged. I called again and was told it would be reordered and shipped again. Days later I called again and after a long wait on the phone was told the product was on back order and I would be refunded. After all of this , I was most upset that no one contacted me to inform me of this but that I had to call once again to find out I would not receive my order.
