Great product at good price & quick shipping, but wasteful shipping practices
Overall a good experience. The product was exactly what I expected and arrived quickly. I am a little concerned however that Honestmed ended up with a minimal profit on the sale, and maybe a loss. The product came in a manufacturer's box that was about 10"x3"x2" and weighed only a few ounces. It arrive to me in a shipping box that was 11"x16"x9", filled with kraft paper to keep the small box inside from rattling around. Shipping companies now charge by either weight or volume, depending on which is greater. It likely cost as much to send me as I paid in total for the product and shipping.

It came very fast
It came very fast, but I thought the shipping cost was a bit high, wish it were free.

We had quick shipping time but the…
We had quick shipping time but the customer service when we called to find out the expiration date they couldn't give us that information. We asked for an idea of when they would expired and she told us that she didn't have any idea but they wouldn't ship an expired AED pad. So we took a gamble it does have a 2 year life. We will be ordering in bulk now at the great price.

Fairly easy to check out
Fairly easy to check out. However, having the coupon pop up is very distracting and for someone my age you might have lost the sale if I went down that rabbit hole. Otherwise very, very pleased.

Price is okay
Price is okay. Shipping cost a little high. Packaging was overdone—could have been smaller. Maybe offer option to ship by post.
