I had ordered a Veridian Pulse/Ox about…
I had ordered a Veridian Pulse/Ox about 10 years ago and love it. The new one doesn't properly give you the 4 viewing options as advertising. Very aggravating trying to read something that is stuck on upside-down Depressing the power button should rotate the viewing. Mine doesn't...for whatever reason. I'm still a customer of Honest Med.

I never got the return label or address…
I never got the return label or address after I explained that I bought the wrong size wheelchair pillow. I did not need 2 bariatric for the chair. I bought a bariatric for my couch to cover the large cushion there to give my backside some relief the other should have been a regular size for my wheelchair. Never got the return label so I can't return without an address.

Irrigration bag incomplete
The ostomy irrigation bag was incomplete, there was no funnel or water stopper. I asked for a return and I still haven't heard from anyone.

After my first order was sent and…
After my first order was sent and damaged in transit, I was sent another order, and it now says the shipment was sent back to the sender again with no explanation as to why this time... Tried calling was sent to voicemail waiting on call back to get a refund.
