Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the device you received didn’t meet your expectations. It looks like you may have ordered the Accu-Chek SoftClix Lancing Device, which works differently from the Accu-Chek FastClix you were referring to. The Accu-Chek FastClix uses a preloaded drum with 6 lancets that revolve after each use, allowing for 6 uses before the drum needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the Accu-Chek SoftClix device uses individual lancets that need to be manually loaded into the device, and does not feature the revolving drum mechanism you were looking for. If the Accu-Chek FastClix is the product you need, we would be happy to assist in finding an alternative or help with a return if needed.
