Bogus delivery dates
When we ordered it said delivery on Tuesday-Wednesday. Didn't show up for another week!! Not cool when your ordering adult diapers! Will definitely be ordering from somewhere else.

Haven't gotten the product yet
Haven't gotten the product yet. First was damaged in transport. Was never notifies. Still wasn't notified when and if the product is coming and when. My husband relies on that product and hasn't had it in 5 days. Please respond!

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! It took the warehouse five days to ship my order, when I call they tell me we will ship it today and they don’t! And at the end, I don’t receive the product as described

Ordered 6 insulated hot/cold mugs
Ordered 6 insulated hot/cold mugs. Received 6. however, only 2 had lids, 4 did not. a ziploc bag included 8 straws. order was thrown (sic) into a box large enough for 2 dozen, with no packing to keep them from banging around during shipping ! What gives ? does your shipping staff just not care ?

Ridiculously slow shipping
The shipping label was created on January 25th. It is now February 8th and the package has not shipped yet.

I ordered 3 cans of boost oxygen
I ordered 3 cans of boost oxygen. They put me on Auto ship, where I would receive 3 more cans every week. Then they raised the price of the oxygen. Problem is, I only ordered the 3 cans. I didn't ask for the additional cans.
