Tracking my package did not work
Product was received in a reasonable time. It was exactly as ordered. One star removed since a "Tracking" number was provided that did not identify which carrier was bringing the product and used by itself, the tracking number did not yield any results. Further, there was a "Track my order" button in the correspondence that did nothing.

The price and quality are very…
The price and quality are very important to me and the tape met my expectations. Most other places charge way too much for the average person to afford. I am totally satisfied so far.

I got the products some what quick but…
I got the products some what quick but fedex had the delivery schedule wrong. It also came in two shipments the other shipment was through ups. It did have the shipment delivery date correct.

The only reason I rated 4 was due to…
The only reason I rated 4 was due to one of the tubes of gel did not have a seal on it, so I will be throwing out to be safe. Other than that the delivery and service were great.
