Products not what they used to be
I had purchased underpads from this company in the past, and they worked great, no leaks. This time I purchased a few, and did not test them, as I didn't really think I should need to. I used them for my mom over the course of a few weeks, and found that the majority of them leaked straight through to the bed or chairs underneath. When I contacted the company to ask for a refund, I was told that, because it was after the 30 day mark, I could not be issued a refund. While I take responsibility for my not testing the product and asking for the refund in time, I also believe a company should take responsibility for its faulty products, regardless of the date of purchase. I have learned from my mistake, but won't be purchasing from this company again, as their products don't work.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry these underpads didn't perform the way they should have — especially after a good experience with them previously. That's not the standard we hold our products to. I also want to address the response you received earlier about the 30-day window. With a reusable product like this, there's no way to know a pad leaks without actually using it, so a manufacturing defect is a different situation than a standard return, and we don't want the calendar to be the reason you're left with pads that don't work. Here's what I can do: I'm happy to submit a defect claim to our warehouse on your behalf and issue you a refund for the affected pads. To get that started, I just need the lot number printed on the tag or packaging of the ones that leaked. A photo of the tag works perfectly if that's easier. Once I have that, I'll file the claim and process your refund, and I'll let you know right away if the warehouse needs anything else from you. Thank you for your patience with this, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Best regards, Brittany / Honest Medical
