I’m so sorry for the frustration here. We do our best to honor cancellations, but many orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier within minutes. Once an order is in that stage, we’re not always able to stop it in time. Regarding the return: RA (Return Authorization) numbers typically take 2–3 business days to generate.
