We ordered 6 bottles of the Scrub Stat
We ordered 6 bottles of the Scrub Stat. They arrived in one box, 3 ziplock bags each containing 2 bottles. All the bottles leaked and it was a giant mess when we opened the box. We feel like this could have been avoided if some packing material was used to take up the extra room in the box to keep the bottles from excessive movement within the box or if screw on caps could have replaced the tops of the bottles that were damaged, which is why they leaked. Overall very satisfied with the product but not with the shipping quality or loss of product with the damaged bottles.

The delivery was very quick
The delivery was very quick, but I didn't like how the 3 small items came in 3 separate and much too large of boxes.

Not what I was hoping for
Your service is outstanding but the item I ordered was not what I thought it was. The tube on the gravity feeding bags are so small that they clog constantly. I know McKesson offers bags with better tubing. I will have to order elsewhere.

The website experience is a little unguided.
The website experience is a little unguided. I initially entered the order with payment on your website and it was processed only to get an email follow-up saying no shipment to PO Box. I had to go back to the website and enter a new order giving a physical address for delivery. The process was confusing based on the email I received. The order arrived without further issues.

It apparently was supposed to come with…
It apparently was supposed to come with a cover,but as of this date the cover has not shown up.

People on phone wonderful
People on phone wonderful; people in warehouse made a mistake and sent a toilet seat when the phone people knew I ordered rubber feet. I did fed ex the toilet to the requested party so it was annoying .

My order was supposed to arrive in 2-3…
My order was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. This is the 4th day. I am diabetic and need this so I can check my glucose level. Could be a matter of life or death for me!
