I had an exceptional experience with Doctor Shelly during my recent consultation. From the moment I logged in, I felt valued and cared for. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly. The virtual platform was user-friendly, making it easy to communicate without any technical issues. I appreciated the comprehensive explanations provided and the personalized treatment plan that we discussed.

I frequently feel rushed when discussing these types of things with docs. I also feel like a thorough and comprehensive battery of tests is not always ordered. Went over results thoroughly and allowed me to ask questions. Used herself as an example to explain HRT. Also encouraged me to reach out to my other physicians to ask questions about treatment.

I felt like the doctor listened to all of my concerns and addressed the questions that I had. She was thorough and when going over the treatment plan discussed how it applied to my lab results and the options that were available. It was easy to get started and to get in for lab work. The results came back fast and just as easy to schedule the appointment with a doctor for follow-up
