Doctor was nice enough but not informed
Doctor was nice enough. Seemed like he was trying to push the trt on me saying that after cutting on a calorie deficit once I go back to maintenance calories I will for sure gain weight back which I know has no truth to it.

Thanks so much for the feedback! This is definitely not what we like to hear though, and we'd love to take a closer look at your experience. A member of our team will touch base to learn more, and get you set up for success with another provider if you like. Hone doctors are NOT incentivized to prescribe more or less treatment options, their role is to be medical professionals and only prescribe what they believe is in the best interest of the patient. This means there's no benefit for them to "push" anything on anymore. We definitely will be in touch to hear more, stay tuned!

The doctor was fantastic
The doctor was fantastic. One the other hand, it took almost a full month to get my results. Which I found unacceptable. DR. Hooker made up for some of my frustration. He was very knowledgeable and personable.

Felt rushed
Felt rushed, doctor read my questionnaire in 2 minutes during our call. It didn't feel like he took the time to read/understand the information I took the time to input

Frustrated and not returning…
Frustrated that I have to wait another 3 months to get meds . I won’t be using this company

Hey Ken, sorry for the frustration, but we're a little confused by this review. Based on our records, there's no reason you have to wait 3 months to receive treatment. We can't go into too much detail about your care due to PHI; however, nothing is delaying you from starting treatment soon. I'll make sure a member of our team reaches out ASAP to help!

Poor technology
The visit with the doctor had technically difficulties. It was cut off, dropped, and I had to log in several times. We did not even get a chance to discuss any real medical information. Just I was low in my results. Bad

My longest night mare
Richard was my doctor , amazing guy and listens and helps , Melissa fields great customer service , the rest of the experience has been a complete nightmare weather it being trying to get ahold of you guys. My pharmacy has questions that you guys didn’t put on the prescription. I’m currently sitting in a pharmacy waiting on you guys to answer a phone call from the pharmacy . But guess what you guys don’t do that either . So my care plan and when I was starting it is screwed . It’s been going for almost a full month now of just being confused and now the pharmacy “team” is not helpful at all , it’s simple I need out of this company as soon as I can . No matter, this was a long experience and a long time . I’ve finally gotten my medication . They gave me a deal to make things right and everything is going smoothly now since I don’t have to speak to them for 3 months my recommendation, expanding your care team and make a phone number someone actually answer. Changed from 1. Star to 3 . No clue how it’s 4.9 rated

Absolutely Loved the Dr's Demeanor
Absolutely Loved the Dr's Demeanor she was Very Nice and informative. The Meet Video & Audio Worked only One way. I could not see the Dr & Barely Hear What She was Saying. Regardless of the Lousy Video Call we got through it and can Hopefully come up with a Plan.
