Hey Bo, this is Ken from Hone. We've been in touch throughout the week, and as recently as last night. As mentioned, confirmatory labs (final results) can take 3-5 days for your doctor to review/approve. I know waiting can be frustrating, and wanting to start treatment ASAP is important. Especially when you're having problems in life, but Hone doesn't take short cuts when it comes to safety and treating our patients. The onboarding process for new patients might take longer than expected, but I promise it's designed this way to make sure no stone goes unturned with your safety and care.
