Honestly Hone is a complete waste of time. Their so called at home tests come back stating they are unusable. And seemingly often as they have many excuses preloaded ready to go in their instructions when you get the test. So you will still need to go to a lab to get actual blood work done. At that point Hones whole gimmick is exposed. Tons of hormone specialists will do zoom or video appointments. So what is left for Hone to be a useful or a special company offering something that you can’t get anywhere else? They don’t offer anything that makes the hormone therapy process any more convenient than doing it any other way.

Hone isn't a gimmick, but if you had trouble with the at-home test that is understandable. We offer other ways to get lab results, and can make things as convenient as needed for our members.

Initially thought it was great
Initially thought it was great, but found that they have horrible customer support, and 90 days after initial prescription is far too long as I was unknowingly suffering side effects.

I purchased their test kit when it…
I purchased their test kit when it arrived only one of the four Lance has worked so I just barely got enough blood on it just using the one that did work, then I get a message from them asking me to go to a lab and pay to get my testosterone levels checked and give it to them, when I told them that's what I paid them for and that I am not going to pay someone else to test my testosterone they cancelled my console with their doctor because of missing paperwork that's way too shady for me I asked for a refund, and they did

Take your money and run
Getting the testing kit and labs back were easy.... Everything else about this company was garbage. Once I spoke to a Dr about my needs, I was prescribed a plan and sent an email that my plan was approved and may purchase products. Got online to start, and the system would not allow me to select a plan or products. After weeks of contacting customer service via email and phone (don't call because they will not answer or return a phone call). The response was that "we are working on the issue." That's fair, but then I never received a follow-up. Another week passed, and I sent another email. The response I received was, " We are looking into the issue." At this point it had been over a month since my plan was in place, so I requested an actual update on what the problem is, and if unable to update me, please remove my credit card from the website. Another week passes, and I finally get a response that they will work on removing my credit card. So, the saga continues. Digg deep past all the paid reviews and bot reviews, and you'll see this is the company's pattern. Best of luck to you if you decide to try them out, but you have been warned.
Update: I thought the representative that responded on here may actually have been able to help either fix the problem or delete my card from the account. 2 days later, and I'm realizing that when they respond on here, its just marketing lip service. Look elsewhere for help with low T issues.
Update 28 Dec 2021: Still no resolution to the problem. I did receive a text from "Dan" at hone and asked if I was available for a call on the 8th of Dec. Never received the call or follow up text. I recieved another email that said I had a plan available for purchase again in December but was unable to purchase again or see the consultation notes. As of a few days ago, my card was finally deleted from the website, but it was a waste of money to pay for their test and never get treated. Also, Trustpilot just asked me to send verification (screen shots of my communication with them). Hone may be trying to get this review removed. It would have just been easier for them to reach out and fix the problem, and I would have made a correction to this review with a happy customer and resolution.

Hey Pat! We can’t apologize enough for the poor experience. This is not the normal way things should go, and for most of the men we’ve helped the entire situation is pretty turn key. I know there’s nothing we can do to fix the past, but we’re going to make sure everything is squared away for you!

They just wanna make money. Go to a real doc instead
They’re just here to push meds on you. They’re not interested in finding any underlying cause for your issues. I got a second opinion and turns out I needed a ton more tests including brain MRI to rule out a tumor. Don’t use this service. It’s a money making scheme.

Hone is the opposite in every way. We are the strictest, and most compliant company in our industry with how we treat our patients. We always implore our members to seek care from other sources if they're having further health issues that aren't related to low-testosterone.

I think the reviews are fake.
It’s going on three weeks and have not gotten my labs yet, they were quick to take my money but every option you press when calling them goes to VM.
I received a couple emails showing me my shipping tracking, it shows my sample is at the facility but the website continues to tell me they have not received my blood panel.
We are going on THREE WEEKS total now, you can walk into any lab in any state and have your blood panel done in a third of the time.
Imagine how long it will take to GET any prescriptions from them. Steer clear of this company.
I think these reviews are manufactured and paid for, because the experience is not even close to what they all say in the same way.

If you contact our support team they will be in touch. Response time is within 3-6 business hours. These reviews are all genuine and real, as TrustPilot monitors for that behavior and would flag it.
