Note: Hone Health tried multiple times to force this review down, but because my experience is real and accurate, they could not do so. This is not the company you want to use for TRT. You'll spend a ton on labs and subscription fees before you ever receive a prescription, and when you do finally get into their system, they'll miss shipments, and you'll run out of your meds. This has happened to me multiple times, and I have the receipts to prove it. Each time, I received a response, like you'd see below, from a guy named Ken, that would blow me off until I forced the issue. If you post anything negative, even if just a question, on their community forum, then they will delete it. Their customer service is basically one guy on a forum named Ken. You can see he is also the person responding to this review. Find a local provider instead. There are plenty of them. I recently got a quote, and the price was half with local shipping and better treatment options.

Terrible customer service. Horrible. I provided many methods of payment, all of them viable, large bank card companies, and they could never process the payment on time. I tried reaching out to them numerous times to get it resolved, and only once got a response. It completely disrupted receiving my prescription in a timely manner. If this is something you're considering, and you want a pleasant experience, know that these guys won't get back with you if you have any kind of issue. They'll just leave you hanging.

The worst customer service. I have been a member for over a year even prior to them switching their name to Hone Health. I have had inconsistent treatment due to shipments being late or not coming at all. I was charged last month and my prescription never came. I have tried to call at least 20 times and have emailed support. The only response I received was an email saying that they were waiting to hear from the pharmacy about why I had a missed shipment. I requested someone call me and never received a reply. As of today I was charged again and still haven't heard about my last shipment. No matter how many times I have called no one is ever available and I always get sent to a voice-mail and nothing helpful with the 1 email that I received. You would think for the prices they charge customer service would be a priority. Now I have no choice but to post my experience everywhere I can to maybe get their attention. Update 1: I did not respond to Hone's request for more information through trust pilot because one of the founders sent me a text message directly about my issues within an hour of posting. To say you're not tracking the issues on your end is false. Since posting to trust pilot and the Hone community board I was finally given a response. The issues are in the process of being rectified and once they are I will provide an update.

I greatly regret trying to use this company. The customer service isn't just lacking, but is completely missing. I sent them a total of four different messages, all of which were completely ignored. They do not answer questions or even bother to respond. I finally requested that they simply cancel my subscription due to serious side effects with the medication prescribed, and, lo and behold... No response. I just happened to log in to check, and they canceled it. But didn't even bother to respond to my request or anything else. Get your medical help elsewhere.

Horrible follow-up on lab tests and consultations. Multiple times this year, I have been without medication in a timely manner due to their lack of service. There is no way to get in touch with a live person. It's either chat or leave a message and they don't get beck to you half the time or they get back to after 3-4 days. The only thing they seem to be good at getting done in a timely manner is charging your credit card.

I received my test kit and sent it back without any issues. I was able to schedule my consultation with a physician through the portal and received confirmation. The online appointment was for 7:30pm and I logged in a little early to complete the necessary questionnaire. I then was linked to the "waiting room" where the "doctor would join me". I was notified that the doctor was running late and would join me "soon". I continued to wait. I kept the portal open for ALMOST 3 HOURS before I clicked out and went to bed. I tried contacting Hone through their help center, and ended up having to email support. After a total of 3 emails, I have not received a reply 24 hours later to explain what happened. Additionally, I left 2 voice messages since you can't speak to anyone and have to leave a message on their voice mail system which no one apparently checks as I have not received a call back from that either. Lastly, I tried rescheduling through the portal and a notice showed up that I am not ready for a consultation and therefore could not schedule an appointment. I will say that I did get my results back quickly but other than that, this company has had extremely poor customer service and I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE for any sort of testing/treatment. *** In the company's reply, they state that I was contacted Monday, this is not accurate. I was contacted Weds morning in response to multiple emails and 2 phone calls to support. ***

This place is hard to work with. No people to talk to. Appointments canceled half hr before scheduled. Personal patient portal doesn’t even have me ready for doctor appointment when I already have one scheduled, couldn’t login for appointment even if it wasn’t canceled. No response on email either. However they were quick to charge me 50.00 for a missed appointment. I will take my labs elsewhere and deal a company that still talks to you. Zero stars ps takes a month to see the doc before they cancel early

The place promised me $40 rebate on monthly subscription cost if I signed up in march and then a continued $40 off for as long as my subscription continued. They did not give me my rebate over a month later and have not dropped my payment down to $80. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible and will go through another avenue. I will not ever recommend this company.
