I began my TRT treatment with Hone Health almost three months ago, starting with the mandatory confirmatory blood work. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my full treatment package, which was supposed to include clomiphene, anastrozole, and testosterone troches. So far, I've only received the anastrozole. Customer support has been confusing and inconsistent. I've been told various things: from waiting on a physician's reauthorization due to the controlled substance involved, to being sent a tracking number that ended up being for the lost shipment. However, I want to emphasize that I'm willing to reevaluate my rating and experience with Hone Health if they can resolve this issue promptly and send out the missing parts of my treatment. An incomplete treatment plan and unclear communication have been frustrating, but I'm open to changing my opinion based on how they handle this situation going forward. Koa P, Honolulu, HI

These guys bill and bill and bill you. That's all good until they bill you and don't ship you your medicine (or worse the equipment needed to inject your medicine). Customer Service is only via email and they never bother responding. Look to another test supplement company.

I paid the $36 for a lab visit, but never got the lab requisition. I have tried to contact multiple times via text and email, but have not gotten a response. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! That alone should raise some alarms. Giving them money is a total roll of the dice. Update, after seeing my review, they refunded me. Reply to response, nobody returned my emails/messages until after I left a bad review. After refunding me to my card number that they obviously had, they replied to original review stating they had no record of me, and tried to take down my review stating as much. This was untruthful. I suspect they have successfully taken down many bad reviews because people don’t bother with the hassle of submitting supporting documentation.

I purchased the at home kit only for the lancets to be defective. I had been calling and emailing for 6 days finally I had to message the CEO on Linkedin. Then I finally got someone to reply but the support must be in a third world country because not one person can answer a question or return a call. The most useless CEO and company I have ever tried to do business with. They never answer the phone no matter what time you call, i even called when they first open and as always nobody answers. companies like this need to be dissolved because they are a SCAM

Customer service is a total joke. They close at 6 pm ET and there is zero phone or chat support. The client login portal is very poorly designed and when you need to reset your password (because it will make you) the process takes days. As a result, you will miss the consultation appointments with doctors and they will charge you $50. It's a decent mixture of very poor product design + scam billing. There are lots of other options for this type of service.

I was optimistic about this company. I received my first lab kit only to receive an email that the sample was not good enough and a new kit was being sent to me. I was impressed with the speed of notification and how soon the new kit was received. I received the second kit and thought it was a great sample. I posted it and heard nothing for 2 weeks. Odd. I sent an email inquiring and received a vague response. Basically the labs need to be done again. Yet this time, no email informing me as I sit and wait. I had to initiate contact. So my options are again, a new kit sent or go to LabCorp. I'm told my insurance will pay for it. It will not as I have an HMO and my GP needs to authorise it. So now I'm left wondering, do I keep trying with Hone, do I find another provider, OR, do I just cross the border into Mexico and buy the testosterone? 30 May 2023 update-Dan did reach out to be and offered alternatives for testing. I actually had my doctor do the bloods and uploaded into the portal. I texted Dan informing and heard nothing for two weeks. Then I emailed Dan and another guy about my frustration with the lack of response and all the work I’m having to do. Dan emailed me back apology and thought my issues were resolved. Also he stated he was out of town. I was out of town as well during that time period but we all have mobile devices. Final result Dan refunded all my money as this company is not competent to handle my business. I get things happen but twice. Sorry.

If you want too be a number and managed by a computer.. zero ability to reach a live person.. everything is done through email.. text and websites.. if you are having trouble... Hone Health makes ATT and Comcast look good for customer service... Hone Health is the winner for customer frustration

Steer clear of Hone. I had proceed with the initial test and met with a TeleDoc to go over the results. Doctor ordered a follow up blood test as a prostate marker was high. 2nd blood test, marker even higher, no follow up from doctor, no way to contact doctor, no way to contact a Hone representative. Shame on me for following a Facebook ad. Keep your money, meet with your own specialist. Terrible Following up from Hone's 3/8 reply. To put this succinctly, none of what was described is accurate. Not once, ever did a Hone representative reach out neither by phone nor email, despite my request submitted using Hone's own 'Contact Support.' Further I especially enjoy the reply "a higher level of care and communication than what you can expect from other companies"... and they know this how??? The arrogance. Again, steer clear of this grift.
